Peter's first day being TWO!

This morning he was tired and crabby, so I didn't take any pictures until nap time. Today he decided he wanted to sleep on the guest bed with all his teddy bears.

He was much happier after his nap. He liked looking at all the cards people had sent him and decided they needed a little decoration.

We spent some time doing his one of his favorite things, playing in the grass behind our apartment. See the new video "Spin around, Peter!"

And we also played at the playground.

Since we already have had a birthday party with Dan's family, and are going to have another little party with my parents next week, we just enjoyed a little ice cream at home with Mom, Dad and Andrew today. He likes Ben and Jerry's.

Peter - almost 2 years old

Peter's favorite things right now are mud, dirt, grass, and anything that he can get into that requires getting a bath afterwards. Can't believe he will be 2 years old next week!

Andrew - 5 months

Andrew is still Mr. Smiley. He figured out how to get up on his hands and knees this week. He will probably be crawling soon. He has quite the sense of humor, even though he can't say anything yet. He keeps us laughing! See the new video "Andrew's baby belly laughs"

A couple of weeks ago we went to visit our friends Will and Carrie. Even though we only live 30 min. away, we don't get to see them very often because we are both so busy. The kids enjoyed playing together, and we managed to get a little adult conversation in while the kids were watching an Elmo movie. We enjoyed our time together, Will and Carrie! Hope we can see you again soon!

Last week, Dan's parents, his sister (Janelle) and her daughter (Olivia) came to visit for a couple of days. We had so much fun! We had an early 2nd birthday party for Peter, with an Elmo theme of course.
